Remote load using SQL*Loader from Windows

Hi,
[Quoted] I have a local windows box and would like to load some text files on a remote (unix) server. When I use the syntax
\orant_817\bin\sqlldr userid=cdled/46xys!_at_cdled control=.\item_os_xref.ctl
where _at_cdled points to my tnsnames.ora file, I get an error message
SQL*Loader-282: Unable to locate character set handle for character set [Quoted] ID (0).
Does anyone know what's going on ?
