Reports 6i, (+) in Link?

Hi, I'm using Reports 6i, and have 3 query groups in the Data Model.
Using Data Links, I have joined the three queries.
Is it possible to have this join include ALL records from one query and only related records from the other. In other words like this:
WHERE TABLE1.REFERENCE (+) = TABLE2.REFERENCE (MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS rick4096_at_my-deja.com )
