Any possible way to extract data directly from datafile?

I have a datafile that I need to get data out of (1 file). I don't have any supporting Oracle files. In general I am looking for a program that does the exact same thing as DUL. I know some guy in Croatia did it. Any helpers? Received on Tue Jun 12 2001 - 09:34:05 CEST
