Missing Dialog in DBA Studio 'File->Add database to Tree' option

One of my database instances is missing from DBA Studio. I know the database
is installed
- as third party software is accessing the database.
When I come to 'Add database to the tree' no dialog Window appears - Can anyone suggest the reason/a fix? --
