JDeveloper Debug Parameters?

Is it possible to pass in command line parameters to debug_main() using the parameters option under the project properties in JDeveloper? I would like to be able to pass in arguments when running the debugger so I don't have to deploy the debug class every time before testing a different set of parameters.
