Oracle Reports 6i - setup problem

Hi,
trying to set it up and run reports via web on 81.6.2 with OAS4.0.8.
Everything works fine (report design, connection to the database), but the
report server itself does not work.
It is not on the services list in Control Panel, and can not be run
manually, kindly asking to read some documentation before ;-/. As I read it
through , I am confused right now.
Would anyone familiar with Reports share his/her knowledge on setup and web deployment ?
