I have some questions that I need help with, when using JDeveloper 3.2. I used the Project and Business component wizards to generate the Java code applets.

  1. How to fix "deprecated" warnings in JDeveloper - I get these warnings during compilation.
  2. On a Master-Detail Business Components Data Form - how to change the properties of the attributes on the DETAIL-screen - the Property inspector doesn't seem to be available for the components as it is available for the components on the Master section of the screen.
  3. How does one change the properties of the attributes seen on the Find dialog that is automatically created by JDeveloper for e.g. the Master-Detail BC Data Form? (e.g. change the labels) This screen is brought up when a query is launched from the master panel navigation bar.
  4. On the property inspector: the editable and enabled settings seem to make no difference when set to "false" once the applet is run - I need to protect some of the fields on the master section from being updated.
  5. Where (I suppose in the .class file of the particular screen) do I change the edit mask of a date to conform to the ORACLE date format.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
