Evoke Software Corporation has a product, called Axio, which, among other things finds all possible dependencies in a table. The data need not be in Oracle, but from UDB, Informix, or Sybase. You can also profile flat files, both delimited or fixed lengh, ASCII or EBCDIC.

Axio runs on Solaris, HP-UX, AIX and NT.
