Thanks, but that was not what I was after.

    Iits not very easy to explain but I want to find the position of the cursor in a multi record block on a forms 5 application. forms offers some information with get_item_instance_property so it must know where the cursor is, but it doesn't give me a way to identify in which physical record I am in. I need this to alter the position of other items.
