Oracle Forms vs. VB

[Quoted] I have done alot of developing with Microsoft VB and Oracle, but I have never looked into Oracle Forms. Could I get some opinions on what I would [Quoted] gain/lose were I to develop with Oracle forms? Also, do Oracle forms require a 'Forms server' component?
