Forms and Reports 6.0 to 6i upgrade

[Quoted] Was wondering if anyone has run into a similar situation. I have Oracle forms and reports at a patch level of 6a. Ran an upgrade cd: part#a84521-01 Oracle Forms and Reports 6i. Next ran a patch1 and some products wouldn't install because the version found are not up to date. Here's what I've got and what I need.
