- There is a bug in the tester of listener : if you test the listener, the test wil do his job (telling you if it's ok or not) but once created, your listener won't work. But it's not your problem yet.
- try a "lsnrctl start" on your server with the linux user called "oracle"
Remember : Once you your listener test success, you must recreate your listener without testing it.
