Not quite, but you can get a "poplist" demo from Oracle that shows you how to do this or write one yourself. The easiest would be to create a multi record block with a checkbox in front of each value. Make the screen a popup/dialog, and then store the results of all the selected items to a shared package variable or something on exit of the form (by an OK button press)
