You can go to www.sybase.com and download powerdesigner. There is a 30 day eval for the product. It can generate an ERD for your oracle database. Don't waste your time with oracle's Designer product if you are in a hurry. It is not intuitive to use, it's a pain in the ass to install and it is so tightly integrated with the database engine. LOL
