Yes.
[Quoted] Create a "LOV form" (a form, that is used instead of
the LOV, but has similar functionality). You will have to
write your own mouse triggers (CTRL-click and SHIFT-click
etc, ect) to mimic Windows behaviour. Fill a PL/SQL table
based on that, and pass it back to the calling form.
Ain't simple, but it can be done. Check out Headstart from
technet - it contains an example.
