Designer 6.0 - Missing header/footer using details option in record list

I specified the "show hyperlink to details" option in Designer 6.0 and it works, but when you press the link, it takes you to the right information, but without headings or footers. This is an big inconvenience, because I have a menu (return links) as part of the header.

Any ideas?
