INTELLIGENT AGENT FOR LINUX??????

Can anyone help me in starting an intelligent agent on a Linux server. My current configuration:

                                        Linux Redhat 6.0
                                        Oracle Enterprize Release2(8.1.6)
                                        V2 Repository installed(From an NT

workstation)

The oemctrl script is missing and was never installed.
