Installation problem, Portal30-Early Adopters Version

Hi all!
Installation or configuration problem after installing Portal30-Early Adopters Version. Using EE 8.1.6.2.0 on Solaris 2.6 SPARC. Portal30 installed in new ORACLE_HOME dir. After installation the only page working is the http://<host>:7777/pls/portal30/portal30.home but no other links on this page is working (BTW, should it be any links here ??). The "Login" link gives:

Error: You cannot login because there is no configuration information stored in the enabler configuration table. (WWC-41439)

Noticed some error messages in the install log but not sure what this means and if there is any connection to the above mentioned:

These errors is from the file <ORACLE_HOME>/assistants/opca/install.log

What is wrong?
