The Oracle web site seems to indicate that 3.0 is current version. But, the tryit links all point to WebDB 2.2
Found somewhat newer version elsewhere on site.
The Early Adopter 3.06.3.3 vs Beta 3.0.3.3.3 is available under //technet.oracle.com/software/products/iportal/software_index.htm
