DB Browser of OAS Utility

Could someone please tell me if there is a trick to configure the database
browser utility (application) in
OAS 4.8.0.1?
I followed the instruction guide word
by word and I don't know ehre I might
miss something. One thing weird happened was that the 'browse' stored package in
the DAD schema was not compiled because
the DAD user has no right to access
dba_tablespace. Is this normal or
did I forget to do something?
But even after I grant the DAD user
the select any table privilege and
compiled the package, the utility
still doesn't work?

Does anyone have any suggestions
or know any website that I can
look up for more information about
OAS? Thanks
