Initialization of Active X Controls in Forms 6

Hi People,
I have a question concerning Oracle Forms 6. I was wondering if there is way to insert an active x control into a container during runtime, without the user right-clicking then selecting the control he/she would like to insert. It seems to me there should be a way to do this, as it would be rather ridiculous to ask the user to do this every time they open the form.
