Oracle Developer 6.0 command line user/password

Hello:
[Quoted] We recently switched to Oracle Developer 6.0 from Developer 2000. In 2000, I was able to add "userid=<user>/<password>" as a command line parameter to the different tools so I wouldn't need to connect once in the tool. I can't seem to figure out how to do this in 6.0 though. Is there a way to pass the id and password into the tool as a command line parameter?
