URGENT! Parameters with Dynamic Pages?

I'm very new using WEB DB.
I'd like to know if it's possible passing parameters thru different dynamic pages. I saw that WEB DB generates PL/SQL code without parameters for dynamic pages!!!

Maybe one solution could be cookies but it's not so secure... Is there any other solution?
