OAS and non-parsed headers

Does anybody know how to get OAS4 to run non-parsed header scripts. The convention is to prepend nph- to the script name and then call it without the prepend, eg
Script called .../scripts/nph-foo
Run script by calling http://www.bar.bt.co.uk/scripts/foo?
This works on apache, but not on OAS 4. Any clues?
