Why the PGA of Forms 5.0 runtime take so many nemary?

Hi, all
Is there any one know why the PGA of Forms 5.0 run time take so many memory?
From the dynamic performence table I can see that the F50Run32.exe take the memory a few times more than other application program. What is the strategy of Oracle assign the system resource to application program?
