webdb user and password in url

hello,
in webdb i can execute pl-sql stored procedures by calling it over an url. ok. but what is to do, if i want to execute a pl-sql procedure which where i need user-privileges and get promted for user an password if i dont want to get promptet because i wont no interaction. is it possible to add user and password in the url, seems that webdb is not able to handle it. or is there any other way to execute a procedure with user and password authentication over webdb. it would be perfect if this would be possible with a java.httpURLconnection.
