Dynamically change block's scrollbar canvas

Hi,
I have a block containing some items.
[Quoted] Some items are placed on one tab of my tabbed-canvas (TAB A). The other items are placed on another tab of my tabbed-canvas (TAB B). My question is :
I want to dynamically place the scrollbar of my block on TAB A, or TAB B
How can I do it ?
