Web-to-go, "Going Offline"

I have setup the demo application ToDoList from the Jan/Feb edition of Oracle Magazine, yet am unable to "go offline", after synchronizing I get a POL error table or view does not exist, How can I tell whats in the offline POLITE DB file ?

The server has Advanced replication installed (dont think this is necessary), have added the todo_items table to master replication group and created a snapshot log (under user REPADMIN). Made sure snapshot is defined when published application.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
