Errors by using the demo benefits & features

i am installing developer 6.0 the first time.

After installation i want to look to the demo benefits & features. The first points in the demo works well.

But when i come to the points with graphics and reports the following errors occcur:

OG-01603 - PL/SQL Development Environment Context cannot created REP-1401 - 'beforereport' PL/SQL error is occured

What can i do ? Any help is appreciated.
