Developer 6 Server and OAS

Is there no easy way to install Developer Server on OAS?

I have spend the whole day on it and the damn thing still is nowhere near up and running.
There is supposed to be a Wizard but where? I have a directory called wzc with loads of Java classes is that it?
But how do I run the program. The manual of either OAS or Developer is not really helpful for novices.
