Pro*Cobol compiler options for MVS

We are using SQL Net and Pro*Cobol from MVS to connect to Oracle databases. Where do I set / change the precompiler options? Is this a parm string that I would pass into the precompiler or would I put the options in a file that the precompiler reads or what?
