Which version?

try the following username/password combinations, which one works will depend on the version:

ootsch/x
system/m

Of course to do this with SQL*PLus will require that you use the

ODBC:dsn_name

syntax for the server/connect string prompt, where dsn_name is your OLite DSN name (from the ODBC Administrator).The default is POLITE.
