OracleAgent error

Hello,

I have a problem with the OracleAgent under WinNT. When I start the service "OracleAgent" everything is ok But after a few minutes I get an dr.watson message:

An application error has occurred
and an application error log is being generated. DBSNMP.exe
exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Adress: 0x003099a6

Does anyone know what´s the error?
