.fmt format description ? where to get?

Hello!
Where to get a description of the .fmt or .fmb files? We want to write
a documentation of our application.
Does someone know any tools, that allow me to read out and manage
informations from some more ( 80 ) .fmb or .fmt files generated by the
Developer 6.0 ?
