Reports 3.0 OLE object disappearing in PDF format

One more question...
I have an Oracle Report (V3.0) that I have used an OLE object (a Microsoft Word document) as a template for the data. It works fine in the Previewer and in printing. However, if I create the report in .pdf format, the only part that shows in the .pdf file is the data (the underlying form is dropped off). Anybody know a work around for this? I really don't want to have to type the form into my report!
