I think it's a bug 634177:

  634177 RUNNING .REP ON ANOTHER INSTANCE GIVES REP-002 AND REP-1439 As far as I know this bug is fixed in these versions of Reports:

• Reports 3.0.5.9.0
• Reports 3.0.5.11.4
• Reports 6.0.4
