Help with Forms 3.0 -> 4.5 help screen!

We've just converted all of our forms here to 4.5 (still in character mode) and everything seems to be working okay, except for ONE last thing. The forms help screen isn't the same for 4.5 as it was for 3.0!
The 3.0 help screen displayed the table name for the current field, but 4.5 only displays the field name.
Does anyone know how to get the table name in 4.5?
