ORACLE is telling us for months that they will fix the problem and send us a patch, but there happened nothing until now.

The problem does not appear at a 8.x Version of ORACLE RDBMS.

Unfortunately, we haven't found a work-around on this problem. Perhaps, somebody in the news-group knows such a work-around.
