Forms45 Show Keys selection on wyse 60's causes dump

Hi,
We completed a forms 3 ->4.5 conversion exercise on Open server 5.04 with Oracle 7.3.4 before the millennium but are now experiencing a problem - specifically on Wyse 60 terminals.
The [show keys] function was/is bound to the F8 key, but it now generates the following error when used on this terminal type:

./start: 747 - memory fault - core dumped
[Quoted] the function works fine on ansi terminals but not on the wyses - does anyone have any suggestions??
