Problems with mail in Reports 2.5

I use Reports 2.5 with Windows 95 and 98. I have the next problem: when I push the mail button I get the following error:

I use Reports 2.5 with Windows 95 and 98. I have the next problem: when I push the mail button I get the following error:
REP-4201: Error occurred while initializing the Mail subsystem. REP- 4220: There is a problem with the Mail subsystem.
