Yes you can. Idid it as well last year (1999).
One possible solution might be to set the clock one year back
Why ?
You're using an Oracle Installer version < 3.3.1.1.0 (probably) and than you
get strange results.

Patches
Download the
Y2K Compliant Oracle Installer for Win32 (ver.3.3.1.1.0C) from MetaLink.
Login to MetaLink at http://www.oracle.com/support/elec_sup/
In MetaLink V1 select the Downlaod button to access patches. In MetaLink V2 select the Patches button.
- Select Oracle Installer for the Product and Windows NT for the Platform.
- Click Go.
- Download the readme and patch.
