In short I believe this is it.
Developer is used to develop forms, reports and graphs. For the Web, but
also not webbified.
Web Application Server serves the web with forms, reports and graphs,
developed in Developer.
Application Server is essentially the same thing but not necessarliy web
related.
WebDB is an easy, straight forward way to webbify a site.
I believe you can find Oracles view on their site.
