character mode forms 4.5 on NT?

We want to use a character mode form on Windows NTNT

1. is it possible?
2. can we use compiled forms from a hp-ux machine directly on WindowsNT without recompiling?

We use 4.5 forms on hp-ux and want to change to winnt.
