Hey Chen,
I gave up trying to code this in Forms after a few hours. Whipped up something in VB in a couple of minutes.
since then, someone sent me this site
http://www.arrowsent.com/oratip/tip39.htm
it contains a downloadable zip of a form that's supposed to update
the registry. You could give it a try to see if it works. (Wish I
knew about it previously).
