problem with context option clause

hi all,
i generate a WEB Form with designer 2.1.2 on the OAS 4.0.7.1 and when i open the form and try to find a text a receive this message :

i generate a WEB Form with designer 2.1.2 on the OAS 4.0.7.1 and when i open the form and try to find a text a receive this message :
The following unhandled error has occurred in the routine mono_query$monografie.ActionQuery:
ORA-20000: WSGOCOL.BuildHitList
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error
Can anyone help me ?
