Hello,
you have to use the TWO-TASK-Driver to connect, LOCAL=2: this should work.
Place the LOCAL-Parameter in the Registry :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE.
The Connect-String for Dev/2000 is "... USERID=MyUser/MyPwd_at_2:"
