take a look on the DESTYPE, DESNAME and DESFORMAT Parameter :

For example :

R25RUN32 REPORT=MyRep.rep USERID=MyUser/Pwd DESTYPE=FILE DESFORMAT=PDF DESNAME=MyFile.pdf
