SQLloader is for loading data from text like data files to oracle tables. If you intend to unload data from oracle to load back to oracle again you're better off with Import/Export utils.
If you need to unload data in text format, there is no such util straight away even though I know of a particular company who makes such tool. You can use sqlplus and spool facility or some people prefer to connect with MS-Access and then take a copy of table and then export it as text file. hope this helps
