errors in accessing database object using webdb

Hi, all:
I got the following error :
Error Message Where wwv-10600 Insufficient privileges
wwv_security.check_privileges
when I tried to access database objects using webdb. I loged in using the username and pwd which I granted dba privileges to. Does anyone know what goes wrong?
