Form6.0 question

I just upgrated my Form builder from Form4.5 to Form6.0 Everything is fine except I cann't find my familiar BUTTON_PALLATE whcih I can put in my datablock but seems not in Form6.0 Who can tell me where I can find and use this templete datablock?
